Trade Discount
Do tradies get a discount?
Absolutely. Trade customers enjoy massive discounts across our full range of over 30,000 products.
Is there a set trade discount rate?
The discount rate depends on the product type and order volume.
How do I request a trade quote?
There are 4 ways you can get a trade discount:

2. Email us at service@lightingstyle.com.au
3. Use the Trade Quote Request Form
4. Create a Trade Account (generally used for smaller orders).
Is there a minimum order value to access trade pricing?
If you call or email us for a same-day quote the total order value must be $800 or more. This provides the best discount.
For orders less than $800, we provide a reduced trade discount online (for this method you need to create a Trade Account).
Who is eligible for trade discount?
Tradies, electricians, builders, interior designers, architects, developers and commercial businesses with a valid ABN.
Shipping & Delivery
Where are products shipped from?
All products are shipped from Australian warehouses (with a small number shipped from New Zealand).
How much does shipping cost?
Trade shipping cost is $50 for most orders.
How long will shipping take?
Most trade orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after placement.
Returns & Warranty
What is your returns policy for trade customers?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of payment, provided items are unused, unmarked, in original packaging, and in new condition. Custom-made, production (i.e. with production assembly and/or powder-coating which include certain lamp posts, coach lights, battens, pendants and sconces) and solar products are non-returnable. Return trade orders may be charged a restocking fee.

Yes. All our products are backed by superior warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and are listed on each product page.
